The focus of our work is helping people to improve their physical endurance within the time constraints of work and a family.
The optimal training volume is about 15 hours exercise per week - that is pretty much full time when you addin time to change, travel to training venues etc. It is simply not possible to fit this in around a family or a full time job. However, we believe that you can get close to your potential with carfully managed training. The trade-off is an increased risk of sports injuries.
One of the advantages of a coach is that they can step back and help you to evaluate the risks of trying to train through an injury. Sometimes, it will be worth while to apply intensive an intesive Rest Ice Compression Elevation (RICE) treatment.
